Students will be introduced to the key issues of Africa and world history in an integrated way, which will enable them to acquire skills and knowledge needed for viewing and comparing history of foreign and their native country; skills for analysis and critical reasoning of historical events.Students will have internship at museums, archives and archaeological sites (field); they will also have practice in ethnology (field).

Admission Requirement

Individuals having completed a secondary education are eligible for enrolling in the program. The pre-condition for enrollment in the Bachelor’s program is passing the WAEC, NECO or NATEB. Compulsory subjects to be taken are: English language and History, while elective subjects can include: Government/Geography /English language and Civil Studies. Any exception from the rules of enrollment shall be allowed only in the cases prescribed by the legislation.
